Dr. Ömer Burak İSTANBULLU completed his undergraduate education in the Department of Biomedical Engineering at Erciyes University. He completed his master's studies in 2016 on "Analysis of the Compatibility and Reliability of Biomaterials Used in Medical Implants with Magnetic Resonance Devices," and his doctoral studies in 2022 on "The Effect of Biomaterial Surface Modification on Stent-Induced Vascular Occlusion" at the Department of Biomedical Engineering, Institute of Science, Erciyes University. Her research interests include Implant-Medical Imaging Device Interactions, Surface Modification with Biomimetic Approaches, Diamond-Like Carbon and Carbon Nanotubes, Electrochemical, Thermal, and Mechanical Characterization of Biomaterials, and Anticorrosive and Biocompatible Surfaces.
